The experience
Dream of creating your own spirit? This hidden micro-distillery in the heart of Paris lets you play apprentice distiller for 2 hours. In an authentic setting with real copper stills, you'll learn all the secrets of gin distillation. The distiller guides you to choose your botanicals (juniper, coriander, citrus...), understand different gin styles, and create your personal recipe. Between theory and practice, you also taste excellent house-made gins and cocktails. The highlight? You leave with your own 70cl bottle, personalized label included.
